The cleanliness was perfect, with everything looking fresh and cozy. The staff were helpful and friendly, making my experience more fun. The location was very convenient, with a short walk to the nearby U-Bahn station and a gas station across the street for any snacks or drinks I needed. They didn't fix the broken hair dryer in our room and there was no way to contact reception because there were no phones in the rooms.
